In the heart of Chicago, stood a ramen restaurant called “Mikami”. Mikami means “the taste of craftsmanship”. It focus on Japanese inspired cuisine and ramen. The master ramen chef is known for her meticulous attention to detail. Every morning, she would rise hours before the restaurant opens to prepare the broth, buying fresh ingredients, and perfecting the recipes.

The master chef’s dedication is evident in every bowl. She spent hours crafting the perfect broth, simmering it hours to achieve a rich and creamy texture. Her dedication had earned Mikami a loyal following. Sometimes during the summer with their doors open, people that walk by would be drawn in by the aroma of the broth.
